2. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
3. The raffle is open to entrants over 18 years of age only, no purchase is necessary.
4. To gain a ticket to the raffle online, a minimum spend is required. For each purchase made that meets the required spend a ticket will be issued. There are no limits on the amount of online entries.
5. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
6. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted via post. Multiple postal entries will be disqualified.
7. Unlimited entries are permitted online via the store as long as you meet the specific requirements set out in the raffle being run at that time.

9. The prize draw will include all entrants who met the raffle terms and received a ticket and those entrants entered via the postal option up to and including the end date of the raffle. Any entries received after this date will be null and void.
10. Heavenly Pleasures will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

11. The prize won will be as set out in each raffle run and shown on the raffle details. Prizes are non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered.The prize shown is the prize on offer.
12. Data Protection and Responsibility
- Data Usage: Personal data will be used to manage entries and, if necessary, contact winners.
- Liability: Heavenly Pleasures is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdirected entries.
13. Winners will be chosen at random by our raffle automated system. No human intervention will be initiated. Winners will be notified with 7 days of winning.
14. Winers will be notified by email only and prizes sent to the address held on file.
