All orders received will be picked, packed and shipped out usually the same day if placed before 2PM or within 24 hours of payment clearing if there is any delays, during in normal business hours.  Any orders placed after 2PM, a Bank Holiday or weekends will be processed the next working day. All products will be shipped on standard 48 Hour delivery on a tracked courier service Monday to Friday.

All orders are shipping in plain brown boxes or gold padded envelopes with absolutely no indication as to the content of the package, so nobody is aware of its contents.  

Express delivery is available for next day delivery, please note some postcodes are not eligible including some of the Islands and Northern Ireland so please do ask.  We will always inform you should your area not fall under the next day service so your able to either agree to standard delivery or to cancel your order. Royal Mail do offer next day to most areas although not guaranteed.

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery on standard delivery and 1-3 days on next day and use the "contact us" page should it not arrive. Generally, all these shipping expectations are met but we are not held liable for any repercussions should they not arrive within this timeframe as we do use 3rd party carriers who have many variables to contend with such as weather, Industrial Actions, Road closures and customers not being home to name but a few.

Free Delivery – We offer a free delivery service for all order over £40 which we will send on a standard 48 service of our choosing. You are however free to choose an alternative service and pay the required costs as outlined on the checkout page under shipping.

UK Deliveries

On the shipping section of the checkout page, you will be offered the standard option by default of standard (RM 48 hours tracked) for under 10KGS or Evri 48 Tracked for over 15KG however using the drop-down menu option there will be alternatives

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Signed for – Delivery is 2-3 days, if nobody is home when they attempt to deliver, they may try a neighbour but if this is not possible they will take it back to your local depot where you will have 7 days to collect your item.

Royal Mail tracked 24 Signed For – As tracked 48 but a 1–2-day delivery service, if nobody is home when they attempt to deliver, they may try a neighbour but if this is not possible they will take it back to your local depot where you will have 7 days to collect your item.

Royal Mail standard Tracked  48 & 24 hour services – as above but they may opt to leave in a safe place, or a designated safe place if there is nobody home to take delivery.

DHL – Next day delivery 1-2 days

EU Deliveries

All EU deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. Dependant on weight will govern the cost. All shipments are weight based.

Royal Mail International Standard 3-7 Days

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed 3-7 Days

Over 2KGS up to 10KGS

International Tracked & Signed Heavier 3-7 Days

Please note that any non-tracked service chosen that doesnt arrive is NOT the responsibility of Heavenly Pleasures. We strongly recommend that you opt for any of the tracked services to cover both yourself and us so we can see its tracking point history.  

Should a non-tracked service not arrive, Heavenly Pleasures will not refund or replace.

ROW – We currently only ship to the EU and UK.   We will soon be shipping to the rest of the world in due course
