Making A Purchase - Making a purchase could not be easier. Take a look around our store using the menu tabs on the left or top bar menu that correspond to the products/body area your targeting, add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to set up your account for us to be able to complete the order.

If for any reason you make a mistake that you’re unable to rectify please contact us and we will amend it accordingly.

Type of payment - Due to the high cost of merchant gateways we currently only accept credit card and debit card payments either over the phone manually or via PayPal payments who will process your credit card payment the normal way, Just click the relevant link to be directed to your chosen method of payment.
When confirmation of your order is received, and payment has been made to us, we will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us.  

If for some reason we have inadvertently under-priced goods, VAT or Postage prices change we will inform you immediately and you will then have the right to cancel your order for a full refund, pay the difference or elect to choose a different product.

Shipping And Handling

Orders will be picked, checked and packed within 24 hours of your order during normal working hours. They will be shipped out via Royal Mail.


Delivery Schedule

We will check, package and ship your order within 1 working day and you should receive your goods within 2 working days. 

Although we offer a speedy service, its not a 100% Guarantee that your order will be delivered within 48 hours, we always dispatch on time but couriers don't always deliver! As it’s a third party agreement there may be times beyond our control that may delay your order such as strikes, breakdown of vehicles etc. If this occurs we will not be held responsible but will endeavour to keep you informed once we are notified of the situation.  Although we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours, we have no control over the postal service.

You must inform us within three working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. You can do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.
